Forming a consistent plan
We are working with our partners and the local community to develop a masterplan for the whole site. This sets out the overall layout of the scheme, as well as the design principles and the design codes which set the rules for the quality and design of building plans.
By developing a coherent plan, which sets higher standards for placemaking and design in the area, we can ensure that Langarth provides a sustainable community and a desirable and attractive place to live.
