Urban 5 (1)

Energy Efficient Homes

All homes will be equipped with solar panels, electric vehicle charging points and exceed current building regulation standards. They also benefit from the latest low-carbon technologies integrated with our district heat network.

Biodiversity Net Gain

We will increase biodiversity by up to 20% across the site, enhancing and positively impacting biodiversity through tree-planting initiatives, sustainable drainage systems, ponds and wetlands, and ensuring that at least 48% of the site is green space.

Green Infrastructure

Our green infrastructure extends into community living, with green corridors, allotments, community gardens and orchards being created to support food production and the biodiversity of the surrounding environment.
