Welcome to the latest edition of Langarth Garden Village News

Our regular newsletter will keep you in touch with what is happening with the development of Langarth Garden Village with the latest information about events, activities and key milestones.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our drop in consultation event at Threemilestone Community Centre.  It was great to have the opportunity to share detailed plans for the first new primary school, and for the community infrastructure, parks and green spaces, as well as design codes for the neighbourhood areas west of the Langarth Park and Ride, and to hear the views of local people on the proposals.

If you were unable to attend the event you can view the boards here: https://www.langarth.co.uk/article/consultation-boards/

You can also watch a short video about the event here: https://youtu.be/ch7syRYKjrI

Our first Reserved Matters planning application – for Governs Park- was given the green light last month. Reserved Matters applications for the primary school and for the parks and green spaces are also due to be submitted to the Council within the next few months .

Work is also taking place to prepare the design for the first phase of up to 100 houses and commercial and community assets activities located just to the north of the new link road and to create a stewardship model to manage community assets.

You can find out more about these activities, together with the latest information about our wider plans for the Garden Village, in the latest newsletter which is published in the newsletter section of our website https://www.langarth.co.uk/information/newsletters/
