Where land is owned or to be purchased by Cornwall Council – Reserved Matters applications will be brought forward. In the interim the existing uses will continue. ’

Meanwhile Uses’ of existing land could be considered during the lifetime of the project and these could include uses to promote more food production or leisure activities.

Development land not to be purchased by Cornwall Council will need to be brought forward via Reserved Matters applications within the lifetime of the Outline Application.
