What are the next steps with the planning application?

The Local Planning Authority has written to the development team within the Council to request further information to support their understanding of the planning application and the proposed development.  A copy of the letter is available on the Council’s website.  The development team is now working through the information requests and is in discussion with colleagues and other stakeholders to prepare the necessary information and submit formally to the local planning authority to enable them to progress their consideration of the planning application.  It is currently anticipated that the development team will be responding to the local planning authority in early-mid June.  The information that is submitted will then be subject to a further round of consultation and publicity.
