The scheme includes student accommodation and key worker accommodation located at the eastern end of the site.

The premise of the Garden Village is to enable people to live and work on or nearby the site and the inclusion of flexible mixed uses and sustainable transport facilities encourages this. Ultimately Langarth will be a very nice place to live and work and close links with the hospital and college provides many benefits in both directions.

Creating a vibrant, green, co-ordinated development where people want to live, work and visit, with green and public spaces allowing communities to interact and flourish; live-work housing solutions, including access to superfast broadband and support for start-ups and growth for small and medium sized enterprises, and new sports, cultural and play areas.

LGV will provide a place for students to live, close to the college or the hospital that would be close to facilities, schools and future employment whilst being surrounded by nature.
