The masterplan supports this kind of facility on Langarth and it makes sense for facilities to be facing both Langarth and TMS communities. The development can provide community buildings as part of the development within the proposed local centres. The exact location of these will come forward with the reserved matters application but will be required and tied down by the legal agreements that accompany the masterplan application for the area

A Health Hub / Health & Well-being Centre is envisaged, serving both Langarth and TMS. The masterplan enables the facility but the commitment for funding is outside our control. Each local centre is enabled for health and community facilities and on going discussions with the Trust and Councils should establish the way forward to source funding.
