Willow Cottage itself is not identified as a heritage building. However it is not included within the Garden Village proposals for development. The height parameter plan sets a maximum height to allow assessment but does not mean all development will be 3 stories in that location. The impact on individual heritage buildings will be a matter for future reserved matters applications which will look at the detailed design, but the Design code gives guidance on how the development should respect the retained buildings of heritage value within the site. The 3 stories parameter also includes under roof space used for habitable space.
